Ingredients
6-8 pieces of matzah
200 grams (7 oz) bittersweet chocolate
½ cup of kiddush wine
½ cup of water
100 grams (3 ½ oz) butter or margarine
Instructions
Mix the water and the wine together. Soak the matzah in
2/3 of the liquid. Soak the matzot evenly.
Melt the chocolate and mix it together with the remaining 1/3 of liquid.
Sandwich the matzot in layers, with the chocolate mixture in between the
layers. Pour the remaining chocolate cream over the top and the
sides. Decorate with nuts or coconut.
